How we pivoted to memberships at Frontier

Frontier Myanmar, with some help from IMS and the Google News Initiative, pivoted to memberships in January 2020. This was a long journey that took a lot of planning and execution, including focus groups, financial modeling, new tools and workflows. Most importantly, it changed the mindset and newsroom culture of Frontier. This session offers a frank look at the challenges and rewards of memberships.

This is useful if you're:
  • Planning to move into memberships
  • Trying to drive culture change in the newsroom

This session will be recorded.
